We have concluded a credit facility arranged by Coface for the financing of Nilesat's next-generation satellite from Thales Alenia Space and with Arianespace where we acted as the lead lawyer for the borrower.

 

Obtained a binding award in favour of the Egyptian Radio and Television Union (ERTU) in the arbitral case filed in the USA where Claimant sued ERTU for USD 50 million, a crucial arbitration raising the rights and obligations of network operators versus content providers.
