Abdel Aziz joined Ibrachy & Dermarkar in 2010; since joining the team - where she specializes in legal consultation - she has worked on general corporate deals and cases with a focus on Labor Law, Corporate Law, Commercial and Investment Laws. She has also been developing her knowledge in Banking and Finance as well as Capital Market transactions.
One of the prominent cases she assisted in was the execution of a Credit Facility agreement concluded between a notable overseas bank and an Egyptian Company with a value of EUR 42 million as well as the registration and execution of the relevant securities (Real Estate Mortgage, Commercial Pledge, Share Pledge).
Abdel Aziz got her Bachelors in Economics, Politics and Law from Dublin City University, Ireland in 2008; Bachelors (Hons) of Law and Politics, Kingston University London, UK in 2009; and Bachelors of Law, Cairo University, Egypt in 2011.
