Mahmoud joined Ibrachy & Dermarkar in 2011, working as a Litigation and Dispute Resolution Lawyer , He graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor of law from Ain Shams University, he took a legal training at Shalakany law office during the summer of 2008 . Some of his highlighted responsibilites include registration lawsuits for real estate, signature verification, execution on real estate, and lease related lawsuits such as evacuation, dismissal, claiming for rent, and termination of lease agreements; violation of environmental regulations, fire control requirements, sea pollution liabilities; vertical or horizontal agreements; fraud cases, checks and promissory notes cases, international business transactions such as incoterms or carrier liabilities or the liabilities and obligations of both the buyer and the seller with reference to the application of both the Egyptian law and the CISG, distribution and agency issues
