El Saman graduated with a Bachelor of Law in 2011 from Cairo University School of Law, English Department as one of the top ten students of his class. During the summer of 2010 He was an intern at Ibrachy and Dermarkar and he joined the firm in 2011.
Some of his responsibilities at I&D include drafting legal opinions on issues relating to Commercial, Civil, Corporate and Labor Law; Due Diligence reports; drafting general assemblies and BOD meeting minutes and invitations for different clients.
